Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize synergies with group company LINE Yahoo to improve user convenience and expand the user base.
- Work on the expansion of PayPay’s customer base and customer value (LTV) through initiatives with LINE Yahoo.
- Lead the planning and execution of strategies that drive the PayPay ecosystem and enhance its services through collaboration with group companies.
- Coordinate projects and campaigns to promote user acquisition and utilization of PayPay, as well as work on promotions involving PayPay’s core value.
- Handle comprehensive tasks such as project management, strategy development, and execution of promotional campaigns.
- Manage cross-company negotiations, both within PayPay and with external stakeholders like LINE Yahoo.
Requirements:
- Practical experience in campaign planning.
- Experience in project management.
- Ability to create presentation materials (e.g., PPT).
- Experience in service planning, promotion, and operational construction.
- Market analysis experience related to strategic planning and post-implementation effect analysis.
- Experience in business planning, budgeting, and business model construction.
- Experience in budget management, customer management, etc.
- Knowledge of data analysis (e.g., SQL).
- Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700+).
- Knowledge of marketing-related laws (e.g., the Premiums and Representations Act).
- Experience in EC business operations.
- Experience in service and campaign planning using points.
