08D – Senior Platform Engineer Temporary

Responsibilities

• Migrate code from JavaScript to Go with emphasis on AWS Lambda functions
• Engage in the full development lifecycle of rewritten services
• Ensure integration and functionality of new Go-based code
• Design and implement standardized workflows in GitHub Actions
• Collaborate to streamline deployment processes and optimize workloads
• Enhance automation processes to support project goals

Requirements

• 5+ years in Golang and GitHub Actions
• 3+ years using Ruby/Rails and Terraform/AWS
• Quick to adapt to new technologies and environments
• Proactive with strong initiative and ownership
• Fluent in English and German
• Positive attitude and collaborative team player
• Open to feedback and capable of giving constructive advice
