Summary:

• We are looking for an employee for sales and telecommunication tasks.
• The position is fully remote (100% home office).
• The company specializes in providing digital contract cancellation services using pre-written, lawyer-verified letters.

Responsibilities:

• Tele-Sales (no cold calls).
• Maintain and follow up with existing customers.
• Customer support and care.

Requirements:

• German as a native language.
• Sales experience is advantageous but not required.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Fully equipped home office (desk, chair, strong internet connection).
• Laptop or PC (Windows operating system).
• Noise-cancelling headset.
• Willingness to work shifts (morning & evening shifts).
