- As a Sales Operations Intern, you’ll become an integral part of our team, working on impactful projects that enhance OpenSesame’s sales processes and drive growth.

Responsibilities:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of OpenSesame’s sales operations processes and tools.
- Assist with things like creating and documenting scalable and repeatable sales processes.
- Start improving data quality and integrity across systems used by sales and customer success teams.
- Support teams like Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Sales Managers with process documentation and error resolution.
- Assist with things like order management verification and system migrations to ensure smooth transitions.
- Analyze data to identify trends and suggest areas for improvement in sales operations.
- Establish yourself as a reliable resource for teams like Sales Leadership, Order Fulfillment, Partners, Business Intelligence, and Finance.
- Lead a small project to develop tools that support self-reflection and development for the sales team.
- Conduct training sessions on topics like leveraging data insights, refining sales processes, and using tools effectively.
