Account Executive Full Time

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and represent the company at industry events
• Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities through the first 12 months
• Develop knowledge of our target market and client challenges
• Work marketing-qualified leads and self-sourced opportunities
• Use consultative sales techniques to offer impactful solutions
• Sell remotely using tools like Salesforce, Dialpad, and Zoom
• Oversee onboarding, including account setup, training, and orders
• Meet targets and quotas by understanding and performing against metrics
• Collaborate with Sales Manager, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Continuously enhance knowledge of products, customers, and sales tactics
• Contribute to team and company success
• Perform additional duties as required or assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years as a B2B Account Executive or similar role
• Experience in prospecting and hunting for new business
• Legal technology sales experience preferred
• Record of over-achievement versus targets and maintaining a healthy pipeline
• Understanding of consultative sales and trust-based relationships
• Confident communicator and skilled presenter via video conferencing
• Technically adept with experience in web technologies and SaaS solutions
• Familiarity with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce)
