Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and relationships by staying informed.
- Develop sales strategies and stay updated with trends.
- Deliver sales presentations and product demos (50% of time).
- Maintain a robust pipeline through regular follow-up.
- Conduct pricing negotiations.
- Close new business deals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of full cycle B2B software sales.
- Background in selling to beauty, aesthetics, or self-care market.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Chili Piper.
- Strong communication skills for prospecting and outreach.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Financially-savvy negotiator.
- Strong sense of urgency to drive client action.
- High energy and enthusiasm for high-growth environments.
