Account Executive – HCM Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Achieve or exceed quota expectations.
• Identify and research potential clients.
• Generate leads through multiple channels.

• Conduct product presentations for prospects.
• Align software solutions with client needs.
• Provide consultative HR and payroll guidance.

• Develop relationships with key decision-makers.
• Address client inquiries and requests promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams for client success.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM software.
• Provide sales reports and pipeline updates.
• Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven success in software sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with C-Suite level clients.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of HR processes and payroll compliance.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
