Responsibilities:
- Promote cancer screening colorectal cancer liquid biopsy to healthcare providers.
- Meet sales goals and execute national sales strategy.
- Drive strategic business expansion with primary care providers.
- Develop and implement business plans to support launch.
- Partner with national, regional, and local laboratories for phlebotomy draw agreements.
- Identify market opportunities and share best practices with commercial team.
- Analyze competitive landscape and communicate strategies.
- Structure strategic plans for client acquisition and retention.
- Implement promotional activities according to company standards.
- Work cross-functionally across Guardant Health departments.
- Collaborate with sales team to meet company goals.
- Represent Guardant Health’s company culture.
- Travel daily within assigned territory and attend regional/national meetings.
- Uphold company mission through accountability, integrity, and teamwork.
- Comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of direct sales experience in healthcare (diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals).
- Proven history of closing sales and exceeding expectations.
- Strong verbal and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage in consultative selling and overcome objections.
- Knowledge of market, customer, and product necessary for sales objectives.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products & CRM systems (preferably Salesforce and Veeva).
- Strong administrative and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to meet specific entry/access requirements for healthcare facilities.
