Account Executive (SMB) Full Time

Responsibilities

• Prospect small and medium-sized businesses through various methods
• Build understanding of business owners’ pain points and formulate solutions
• Manage leads and deals pipeline with attention to detail
• Own full sales cycle from planning to closing deals
• Translate complex financial problems into sellable solutions
• Deliver first impressions using storytelling, case studies, and pitch decks
• Develop deals across various customer use cases and economics
• Stay updated with SME, fintech, payments, and industry trends
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Senior BDR or SMB Account Executive
• Proven ability to exceed quarterly goals
• Strong commercial mindset and revenue management skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Genuine curiosity and passion about people and their business
• Experience in prospecting, qualifying, and selling complex solutions
• Excellent written, verbal, and oral presentation skills
• Resilience and comfort in ambiguity
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage tasks and deadlines
• Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM tools, Google Suite
