Account Executive, Social Marketing Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Track activities and deliverables.
• Coordinate project timelines.
• Develop meeting agendas and notes.
• Create monthly status reports.
• Contribute to work plans and rollout plans.
• Develop client-facing materials.
• Coordinate e-blast dissemination.
• Support media relations tasks.
• Build media lists and track coverage.
• Send daily media monitoring reports.
• Research potential partner organizations.
• Coordinate partner engagement logistics.
• Plan and manage webinar logistics.
• Monitor client health topics for updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of health communications experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Trello preferred.
