Responsibilities:
- Manage online and in-person sales appointments.
- Articulate and demonstrate value proposition to prospects.
- Attend 1-2 trade fairs per year and organize meetings.
- Proactively search for new business opportunities.
- Analyze data and review sales pipeline.
- Reach and exceed the ARR target with bonuses.
Requirements:
- English language proficiency (Mother Tongue or C2).
- Team player with a winning mentality.
- Data-driven thinking and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn through coaching and reading.
- 3-5 years of sales experience (SaaS).
- Experience selling to UK and Ireland clients.
- Strong organizational skills and CRM management.
- Motivation to sell into SMBs market.
