Summary:
- Join Xplor as an Account Executive in Australia.
- Work fully remote, with a preference for Melbourne-based candidates.
- Play a key role in launching the Xplor Gym product into new territories.
- Report to the General Manager for Xplor Gym.
- Help grow Xplor’s presence and form strong connections within the fitness space.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, attract, and convert business opportunities.
- Support new business by completing sales demos (remote & in-person), contributing to marketing strategies, and generating sales proposals.
- Research prospects using platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, marketing lists, and events, including cold calling and emailing.
- Achieve agreed revenue targets for each quarter, focusing on volume, revenue, and margin.
- Provide recommendations for initiatives to maximize financial and sales performance.
- Design a sales execution plan with the Senior Leadership team and work with the Sales Team to deliver it.
- Develop customer relationships and manage expectations during Onboarding and Go Live phases to generate referrals and testimonials.
- Provide weekly reporting on leads, demos, closed wins, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Account Executive, Business Development, or in Sales Management.
- Experience in Fitness or SaaS sales is highly advantageous.
- Success in contract negotiation and account development.
- Ability to manage client relationships at multiple levels, from frontline to Board level.
- Staff management experience.
- Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals.
- Ability to manage time and priorities in a team environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with constant adaptation.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Alignment with Xplor’s core values and being a positive contributor to the team.
- Legally authorized to work in Australia, with eligibility to work remotely.
