Account Manager Temporary

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers
• Identify and address customer needs to prevent churn
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Explore new business opportunities within assigned territory
• Provide training and guidance to optimize product use
• Manage the contract renewal process and negotiate terms
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Relay customer feedback to product development teams
• Work with sales, marketing, and support for a unified experience
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years in an AE, CSM, or AM closing role
• Proven experience in account management or customer success
• Strong track record of meeting revenue and retention goals
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
• Ability to manage a diverse book of business
• Familiarity with SaaS or cloud computing technologies
• Strategic thinking with ability to identify growth opportunities
