Account Manager, Construction Sealants Midwest Region Full Time

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth plan including direct and distributor activities
• Utilize knowledge of regional commercial construction projects
• Identify and win key relationships with consultants, architects, and contractors
• Meet business growth expectations by developing new accounts
• Win inclusion in architectural firm specifications impacting projects
• Conduct onsite job visits, investigations, and product testing
• Generate written proposals and technical documents
• Manage local Manufacturers Representative(s) to achieve goals
• Administrative responsibilities include field reports and pricing
• Extensive travel within the Midwest US and Central Canada required

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent hands-on sales experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a business-to-business role
• Strong technical capabilities
• Exceptional leadership, team building, and communication skills
• Ability to understand performance differences with products
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization skills are a must
• Solid PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Base Pay Range: $90,500 – $132,550
