Responsibilities:
- Support the Platform Growth team in strengthening relationships with the Food Creator community and providing the best possible support.
- Proactively communicate and create an environment where Creators feel well-supported and can reach their full potential.
- Take over all communication tasks post-contract, answer inquiries, motivate creators, and inform them about new offers.
- Identify new potentials and optimize existing processes to continuously improve collaboration and foster Creator success on the platform.
- Scale usage and satisfaction of strategic partnerships in existing and new markets to build long-term successful relationships.
Requirements:
- First professional experience in Partnership Management, Account Management, or a similar role.
- Native-level proficiency in German and fluent in English, with the ability to negotiate in both languages.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to create a pleasant conversation atmosphere, whether written or verbal.
- Self-confident, persistent, and passionate, able to stay motivated even after a “No”.
- Independent, structured, and highly responsible with a strong commitment.
- Interest in the Creator Economy and technical knowledge in handling common sales and account management tools like HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Solution-oriented with a passion for enhancing creator satisfaction through proactive support and sustainable partnerships.
