Responsibilities:
- Serves as the primary contact for assigned partnership accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensures integrity of data used to drive decisions and verify outcomes of programs.
- Implements partner-facing service delivery and related projects, and nurtures relationships to maximize successful performance.
- Maintains and grows relationships with partners’ key decision-makers within the assigned portfolio and/or geography to support the business line’s growth strategy.
- Provides timely and accurate reporting and analysis of account performance and related business metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Five or more years of experience with account management in retail, wholesale, small and medium enterprises, and/or water & sanitation infrastructure finance/projects.
- Proven track record of expanding accounts and business contracts.
- Proficient in written and verbal English.
- Experience in customer-facing financial institution products, non-profit, international development, or WASH is a plus.
- Financial institution (FI) experience such as banking or non-bank financial institutions (NBFI) is a plus.
- Up to 25% domestic and international travel required.
- Being authorized to work in the country posted is a precondition of employment.
