Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of direct reports.
- Determine training needs and schedules.
- Develop career pathing and developmental plans for the team.
- Review team performance against service level agreements (SLAs), analyzing trends and improving scores.
- Assist the team in prioritizing daily tasks through work order reporting.
- Ensure work orders are completed and accurate each month.
- Analyze volume trends and ensure compliance with SLA requirements.
- Monitor and assist with escalated or high visibility projects.
- Review key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Take responsibility for work order-level finances and ensure adherence to billing terms.
- Manage client relationships effectively and assist with escalations or high-profile projects.
- Create meeting decks and perform client calls on a regular schedule.
- Ensure client inquiries are addressed and support department initiatives.
- Collaborate on business development needs and foster cross-departmental relationships.
- Assist with work order and vendor partner negotiations.
- Monitor and execute after-hours tasks as needed.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management.
- Previous experience in Facilities Maintenance/Construction is a plus.
- Previous experience in construction management is preferred.
