Responsibilities:

• Build and execute account plans.
• Set clear commercial targets and achieve goals.
• Suggest account resources and service models.
• Communicate account plans with stakeholders.
• Review account plans versus KPI targets.
• Ensure accurate monthly sales forecast.
• Conduct project retrospective reviews.
• Influence customer brief definition.
• Organize commercial kick-off and update project timelines.
• Liaise with Global/Regional/Category stakeholders.
• Evaluate final submissions with design and creative teams.
• Promote IFF product solutions aligned with briefs.
• Prepare proposal/price aligned with margin guidelines.
• Present and stage submissions to maximize advantage.
• Monitor project cost-to-serve adherence.
• Communicate project results and reviews.
• Manage volumes and timing expectations with operations.
• Defend and grow accounts and scout for new customers.
• Accurately forecast sales performance.
• Monitor and report sales performance updates.
• Implement pricing strategy as per regional goals.
• Lead teams to achieve project success.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in sales, service, product development, or marketing.
• Strong commercial track record and passion for success.
• B2B management experience and customer-centric skills.
• Analytical with pricing, margin, and forecasting knowledge.
• Interest in product development and market trends.
• Knowledge of fragrance, skincare, and biochemistry.
• Creative and innovative problem-solving.
• Effective project management and collaboration skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce.
• Proficient in business English and cross-cultural communication.
• Digital savvy and competitive intelligence skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in related fields.
