Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Ensure clients maximize the value of WARP’s solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Track and analyze account performance metrics.
- Work closely with internal teams to address client challenges.
- Represent the voice of the customer within WARP.
- Prepare and present regular account reviews to clients.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in account management or customer success.
- Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with business clients.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to navigate complex situations.
- Experience with CRM platforms and tools for managing accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
