Summary:
- The Account Manager’s mission is to promote products by attracting new customers and expanding products and services to existing customers, supporting the business with distribution partners.
- The Account Manager will cover the region of Mazowieckie, Lubelskie, Podlaskie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodships.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sales strategies to grow new and existing business.
- Work according to the Challenger process/profile.
- Research prospective customers and identify the right customer stakeholders to be involved in the purchasing process in collaboration with the distribution partner.
- Develop a business plan to achieve goals and derive individual goals in collaboration with the distribution partner.
- Support public tenders in collaboration with the distribution partner.
- Participate in the introduction of new products and solutions.
- Support the implementation of the marketing strategy in the region.
- Provide correct and up-to-date sales forecasts.
- Keep relevant systems like CRM correct and up to date.
- Actively make improvement suggestions to product divisions.
- Obtain information about competing products.
- Organize symposia, conferences, and regional exhibitions to promote products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business and/or healthcare.
- Able to quickly build relationships with key people internally and externally.
- Solid industry experience and knowledge of hospital decision-making processes.
- Understands tender processes and is able to adjust strategy accordingly.
- Strong drive for results, motivated by high rewards.
- Well-organized and structured.
- Able to work in a demanding environment.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
