Account Manager, Mid-Market Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Manage full retention lifecycle, including onboarding.
• Partner with customer success manager for client success.
• Identify growth areas for upsells and cross-sells.
• Deliver persuasive digital accessibility arguments.
• Collaborate on proposals with internal stakeholders.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual objectives.
• Work in a team and evolve processes collaboratively.
• Develop strategic account plans quarterly and annually.
• Manage client communications via Salesforce.
• Utilize sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in business-to-business sales.
• Experience with consultative selling.
• Skilled in managing a book of business.
• Excellent organization and execution skills.
• Deep understanding of corporate business concepts.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to engage in complex commercial discussions.
• Excellent phone and writing communication.
• Adaptable to change and start-up environments.
• Knowledge of web accessibility technologies is a plus.
• College degree or equivalent preferred.
