Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients to support and oversee client onboarding, implementation, and delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success.
- Prepare and present reports on account status, sales metrics, and client feedback.
- Utilize the CRM to manage prospects, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Cosmetics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in an Account Management or similar role, preferably within the cosmetics industry.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
