Account Manager (SaaS) Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize client value.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, support) to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your account portfolio.
• Monitor and report on key account performance metrics and client health indicators.
• Conduct regular client meetings, product demonstrations, and business reviews.
• Proactively address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments to provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in account management or sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• 3-5 years of experience in SaaS account management or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of the SaaS industry and software implementation processes.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for customer success.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
