  • We are looking for an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of existing Salt Security customers, driving adoption and growth within enterprise organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, driving expansion and renewals.
  • Forecast current customer health, renewal health, and expansion of executive relationships, specifically with CISO titles.
  • Identify and cultivate key decision-maker relationships within organizations.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
  • Demonstrate utilizing relationships internally to reduce risk and communicate plans of action.
  • Collaborate with customer success, support, product, finance, operations, and occasionally sales engineering teams to drive deal closure.
  • Provide accurate and timely renewal forecasting, including risk, upsell, and price increases for assigned accounts.
  • Consistently drive customers to value realization.
  • Foster strong relationships with channel and alliance partners to expand market reach.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in enterprise or mid-market software sales or account management, preferably within cybersecurity.
  • Deep understanding of complex sales cycles and ability to navigate buying and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills between Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to make a significant impact.
