Responsibilities
- Manage a sales territory to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Generate new business from mid to large PT practices
- Prospect for potential customers using direct and indirect methods
- Identify and qualify new prospects to build pipeline
- Engage promptly with marketing-generated leads
- Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality
- Track prospects through sales stages in CRM system
- Manage current and future quarter pipeline proactively
- Drive the sales cycle from customer engagement to closure
- Provide monthly sales pipeline forecasts
- Implement business and marketing initiatives for quota achievement
- Develop account plans to identify opportunities and forecast sales
- Articulate the organization’s vision and solutions to clients
- Maintain domain knowledge to leverage in the sales cycle
- Demonstrate products and services effectively
- Provide feedback to Sales Management on market trends
- Negotiate contracts with prospective clients
- Travel up to 50% for territory and industry events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- 3+ years in healthcare practice management software sales
- Strong knowledge of EHR, PM, and healthcare IT
- Physical Therapy experience preferred
- Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce
- Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
