Support influencer strategy for new business with minimal senior oversight
Develop influencer casting criteria and review created lists
Build and enhance influencer team processes and documents
Support junior team development, run training sessions, review deliverables
Manage communications with clients, with some senior oversight
Lead budget management, liaise with finance, and ensure necessary data is provided
Review content for approval compiled by junior team members
Lead or manage whitelisting initiatives, with strong grasp on paid media spend
Serve as a resource for colleagues, applying learnings and best practices
Oversee reporting efforts by inputting influencers, tracking posts, and QAing for compliance

5-6 years of experience in digital partnerships, influencer marketing, client service, or related field
Experience working with clients, projects, and influencers of varying sizes
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables
Ability to lead contracting/negotiations and understand nuances of creator casting
Ambitious, entrepreneurial, flexible, and adaptable
Meticulous, well-organized, and a creative thinker

Salary range: $80,000 – $88,000 based on experience and skills
