Accountant Full Time

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
• Prepare financial statements and reports for stakeholders
• Oversee inventory accounting, cost management, and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Optimize accounting processes using Acumatica
• Collaborate with teams to support business initiatives
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience; manufacturing/retail preferred
• Expert knowledge of Acumatica ERP; certification a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy and integrity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
