Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high volume portfolio of accounting clients and serve as the key point of contact.
- Ensure quality service delivery, timely billings, client relationship management, and client satisfaction.
- Plan work effectively and provide leadership to staff to ensure deliverables are met according to scope and timelines.
- Demonstrate expertise in primary accounting frameworks and financial reporting as regulated by ACRA.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of client operations and provide consulting on accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate secretarial matters.
- Review and/or prepare management accounts, corporate tax computation, payroll reports, and GST reports.
- Prepare unaudited/group unaudited financial statements and XBRL for clients with zero errors.
- Ensure strict client confidentiality and adherence to professional standards.
Requirements:
- Recognized degree/diploma in Accountancy.
- Preferably certified with ACCA, CPA, or CA qualification.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience for professionally certified candidates or 5-7 years for non-certified candidates.
- Good understanding of SFRS and Singapore regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Google workspace and Microsoft applications.
- Experience with cloud accounting software (preferably Xero, at least 1 year).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a VUCA environment and contribute to process improvement.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
