Accounting Analyst – Brazil – Remote Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting operations, including payables, receivables, and ledger entries.
• Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and other standards.
• Conduct account reconciliations and manage month-end and year-end closing.
• Assist in audits and ensure compliance with regulatory accounting requirements.
• Track expenses, inventory, and revenue for scooter rental operations.
• Manage fixed assets, including depreciation schedules.
• Support internal controls and accounting procedure improvements.
• Review tax filings and ensure compliance with tax laws.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3+ years of accounting experience with a strong understanding of principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English.
