Accounting Manager Full Time

Responsibilities

• Own financial statement line items in the P&L, including flux and budget analyses
• Collaborate with US and India teams for necessary financial information
• Create and review journal entries in the GL for daily and month-end activities
• Prepare and review account reconciliations
• Partner with departments for accuracy of financial information
• Assist in ERP integrations to scale and modernize business
• Educate coworkers on financial practices and policies
• Provide ad hoc analysis to business leaders and key partners

Requirements

• Degree in accounting, business, or finance
• 4-6 years of experience in an accounting firm or department
• At least 2 years of management experience
• Expertise in Excel
• Netsuite experience preferred but not required
• Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail
• Adaptable to changes in the business environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
