Accounting Specialist Full Time

Responsibilities

• Review deductions or short paid invoices, identify root causes, and collaborate with internal departments for dispute resolution.
• Coordinate with external and retailer partners to align company processes with brand and retailer requirements.
• Assist in resolving payment application discrepancies promptly and accurately.
• Work with the tax team to ensure order adjustments adhere to proper tax treatment guidelines.
• Maintain records of disputes and deduction reasons in designated folders.
• Drive process improvements to reduce administrative costs and deduction volumes.

Requirements

• Advanced English skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for various situations, responsiveness, negotiation, and feedback.
• Proficient in reporting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience in distribution and customer support preferred.
• Prior experience in cash application and collections preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel functions such as Vlookup, Sumif, and pivot tables.
