Accounting Travel & Expenses Specialist – Warsaw Poland Full Time

Responsibilities

• Process and verify expense claims submitted by employees through SAP Concur
• Enforce and maintain expense policies and guidelines in SAP Concur
• Review individual expense submissions for accuracy and legitimacy
• Manage the approval workflow in SAP Concur and track approval progress
• Collaborate with employees to resolve issues related to claims
• Reconcile billed items through employee credit cards and approved claims
• Manage relationships with vendors to resolve billing disputes
• Generate reports from SAP Concur to analyze expense trends
• Conduct periodic audits of expense claims for compliance
• Ensure security and confidentiality of sensitive data in SAP Concur
• Maintain detailed records of the claims process for audits
• Provide training to employees on submitting expense claims
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in the claims process
• Collaborate with teams to maintain SAP Concur and its integrations
• Manage employee credit card application process in collaboration with Treasury
• Solicit feedback from employees to improve the claims process
• Assist with SOX compliance and support SAP Concur deployment

Requirements

• Accounting/Business/Finance Bachelor’s degree with T&E accounting experience
• Willingness to execute daily transactional accounting tasks
• Excellent communication skills combined with cultural sensitivity
• Excellent spoken/written English; additional languages a plus
• Computer Skills: SAP S/4 Hana, Excel, Concur, Workday, online banking
