Responsibilities:
- Manage ad placements (Ad-Slots) to achieve high revenue.
- Develop and implement a tracking structure to evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) in performance marketing.
- Create automated reports based on the tracking data, aiming to introduce a BI tool for automated reporting for both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns (Display, Native, Content) in collaboration with account management.
- Work closely with online marketing, sales, and development teams to achieve goals and optimize campaigns.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of performance marketing.
- Experience with news websites is a plus.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ad Manager.
- Expertise in business intelligence (BI) and reporting development.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments and external partners.
