Responsibilities:
- Respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Answer phone calls from candidates, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Provide candidates’ status updates.
- Help candidates log into their profiles and make updates.
- Answer inquiries about the company and recruitment process.
- Keep the database organized and up to date.
- Upload and manage candidate documents to the database efficiently.
- Post job openings online across various platforms.
