Responsibilities:
- Lead engagements with large and innovative customers throughout the entire lifecycle of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Guide customers in realizing their vision and use cases with AEM and provide new integrations to existing customers.
- Participate in architectural discussions around AEM and Experience Cloud solutions.
- Build complex software demos showcasing advanced-level use cases in AEM.
- Educate customers on integration options, including both native and custom APIs.
- Collaborate with Solution Consultants and Customer Success Managers to address customer issues and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated passion for digital experiences and/or cloud technology.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all levels.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to C-level executives.
- Thought leadership in content through regular interactions with AEM Product Management and Engineering.
- High intellectual curiosity and ability to execute complex strategies independently.
- Foundational knowledge of AEM or other enterprise-grade CMS systems.
- Ability to guide and recommend deployment architectures, sizing, and best practices.
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, or 2+ years of implementation experience with a CMS or cloud-based solution.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
Benefits:
- The U.S. pay range for this position is $170,300 – $280,300 annually.
- Pay varies based on work location, knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Sales roles have base plus commission with short-term incentives.
- Non-sales roles have base salary plus Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
- Eligible roles may receive long-term incentives, including new hire equity awards.
