Summary:
- We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach / Scrum Master with a passion for driving agile transformations and a deep understanding of Scrum methodologies.
- As part of our team, you will work on Archibo SaaS, a cutting-edge platform designed to enable Agile Transformation at scale.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure the team follows Scrum principles.
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive the successful adoption and scaling of agile practices across teams using Archibo SaaS.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and customize agile methodologies as per team needs.
- Support product development teams in breaking down complex initiatives into manageable user stories and tasks.
- Work with cross-functional teams to remove impediments and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of Archibo SaaS by providing insights and feedback based on your hands-on experience in Agile coaching.
- Monitor and report on key Agile metrics to track progress and ensure alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, with a proven track record of guiding teams through agile transformations.
- Advanced Scrum certification (PSM II, Advanced CSM, or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and understanding of scaling frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus.
- Hands-on experience in remote team facilitation and collaboration.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fully remote environment.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
- Passion for Agile and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
