AI Engineer Full Time

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RAG pipelines for information retrieval and generation
• Develop understanding of prompting vs. training LLMs to optimize performance
• Test and evaluate various LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, Claude) for specific use cases
• Analyze and address issues related to model speed, performance, and cost
• Collaborate with teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments
• Stay updated on advancements in AI and machine learning

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience using Python with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Proven experience in setting up and optimizing RAG pipelines
• Strong understanding of prompting vs. training for LLMs
• Hands-on experience with testing and comparing LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, Claude)
• Familiarity with model speed and cost optimization challenges
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
