AI Researcher Full Time

Responsibilities

• Contribute to developing and improving AI models, focusing on training and optimisation
• Collaborate with team to integrate research into our platform, enhancing features
• Assist in data exploration, debugging, and validation for model performance
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align research with company goals
• Stay up-to-date with emerging tools and techniques in AI

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks, cloud computing, and software engineering
• Strong knowledge of NLP, computer vision, ML model training, and data pipelines
• Team-oriented mindset with collaboration across disciplines
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI or related field
• Experience with research papers or contributions to open-source AI projects is a plus
