Responsibilities:
- Design and run experiments on how to best finetune models.
- Deploy custom models end-to-end with ML engineering team.
- Build MLOps tools from scratch within existing platforms.
- Work with leadership and customers to identify HR challenges.
- Develop machine learning solutions for large-scale recruiting.
- Write efficient, production-ready code focusing on usability.
- Contribute to publications and patents.
- Foster a culture of ownership and fast iteration.
Requirements:
- Experience with finetuning large language models.
- 2+ years working with large language models.
- Deep knowledge of Pytorch and Deepspeed.
- Accepted paper at a top ML conference (preferred).
- Strong programming skills in Python and C++.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability.
