Collaborate with LCX’s engineering and trading teams to improve infrastructure and integrate new strategies seamlessly.
Monitor market conditions and trading systems to ensure optimal performance and risk management.
Research and implement advanced techniques in quantitative analysis, high-frequency trading, and liquidity provision.
Stay updated with developments in blockchain, DeFi, and the broader crypto market to identify emerging opportunities.

Strong programming skills in Python, with 2+ years of experience in development and data analysis.
Exceptional quantitative and analytical abilities, with proven experience in algorithmic or quantitative trading.
A passion for blockchain technology, crypto markets, and financial innovation.
Familiarity with trading systems, market structure, and order execution is an advantage.
Self-starter with a high level of independence and ownership of responsibilities.
