Analyst, Connectivity Solutions Full Time

• The Analyst, Connectivity Solutions provides support in researching, resolving, and documenting standard processes or issues related to system configuration and integrations.
• The role involves analyzing and implementing solutions in a timely and efficient manner while collaborating with internal and external partners, providers, and vendors.
• The Analyst will contribute feedback, escalate issues, create documentation, and manage deliverables.
• The role may also include assisting with partner awareness of Availity functionality and production issues as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Post implementation analysis of EDI processes and configuration.
• Test and troubleshoot functionality of installed systems.
• Identify and document technical issues for escalation to product and system integration teams.
• Provide feedback to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.
• Assist in coordinating partner awareness of Availity functionality and production issues.
• Carry out other duties, projects, or activities as specified by management.

Requirements:

• 3 years of related experience in a technology (information exchange) and/or healthcare environment.
• Experience with healthcare and/or internet applications and clearinghouses.
• Experience with Submitters, Vendors, and/or Receivers/Payers.
• Customer service and/or relationship management experience.
• Associate degree in Computer Science or a related technology field, or 1.5 years of technology experience in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of EDI and real-time transaction processing.
• Working knowledge of X12 transactions, specifically 837P, 837I, 835, 270/271, 276/277, 278.
• Understanding of HIPAA implementation guides for claims and other transactions.
