Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with prospective customers by understanding their organizational structure and decision-making processes.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including negotiating prices and coordinating resources to close sales.
- Learn about customer needs and provide feedback to the product team to inform new features.
- Close six-figure deals and build consensus and urgency among customers.
- Navigate complex, enterprise sales cycles, engaging stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
- Actively work on motivating urgency to reduce time-to-sale.
- Provide ongoing insights to the product team based on customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience selling technical commercial or enterprise SaaS solutions, preferably in Marketing technology.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive environments.
- Experience in selling SaaS solutions with long sales cycles (90+ days).
- Strong ability to build consensus and negotiate business terms with senior management and procurement teams.
- Experience in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish.
- Bachelor’s degree required, with prior Sales Methodology training and SaaS Performance Management experience preferred.
- Must reside in Australia.
