App Enablement Specialist Full Time

Responsibilities

• Connect and grow relationships with apps and developers
• Build knowledge on commercial models and respond to queries
• Engage with apps on growth and enablement initiatives
• Manage and triage cases in Salesforce queues
• Answer basic technical and accounting questions
• Vet use cases and prioritize applications for certification
• Approve and support apps with commercial model onboarding
• Build relationships with internal Xero teams
• Assign and balance cases across Developer Relations
• Proactively manage risks related to your role
• Plan, coordinate, and track ongoing projects and tasks

Requirements

• Experience with SaaS or platform companies
• Previous inbound support role with queue management
• Some accounting knowledge
• Experience discussing basic technical topics with developers
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts
