Application Engineer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Full Time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions ensuring high-quality, timely delivery
• Support maintenance and documentation of existing solutions
• Create custom emails, templates, and Cloud pages with HTML and CSS
• Build configuration changes in Automation Studio, Journey Builder, etc.
• Utilize and configure Marketing Cloud customizations for Personalization
• Perform system maintenance including security reviews and email monitoring
• Assist in coaching and mentoring junior developers
• Engage in continuous learning and exploration of new technologies
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Provide documentation and training on Salesforce best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or equivalent
• Extensive email development background
• Experience building responsive HTML emails following best practices
• Marketing Cloud Consultant and Developer certifications
• Experience with AMP script, SQL, SSJS, HTML, and CSS
• Familiarity with tagging and tracking mechanisms
• Intermediate experience with SQL in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Proactive attitude to platform enhancements
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated success working in Agile methodology with Jira
