Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support in the planning, design, and execution of projects.
- Collaborate with the client’s team to generate innovative ideas and oversee project timelines.
- Manage resources efficiently and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Address technical challenges, optimize project outcomes, and exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Architect.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in architectural practice.
- Experience as an Energy Modeler for Building Efficiency modeling, energy conservation, and sustainable design projects.
- CD portfolio showcasing work samples with descriptions of role, project details, and contributions.
- Proficiency in REVIT and/or other architectural software used for Energy Modelling projects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and collaborate with remote teams during US business hours.
