Sanofi is looking for an Area Business Manager (ABM) for the US Sanofi Vaccines business unit.
The ABM will lead a business-to-business model within various customer segments such as Pediatrics, Family/General Practice, Health Systems, and Federally Qualified Health Centers.
The role involves positioning and differentiating Sanofi vaccines and collaborating with internal teams to provide cohesive customer experiences.
The ABM will focus on driving business outcomes and revenue generation while ensuring the successful implementation of the company’s new go-to-market strategy.

Collaborate with key field-based stakeholders like Medical Science Liaisons and strategic account managers.

Use insights and data to help healthcare professionals operate more effectively.
Flexibly adjust HCP engagement strategies using AI and digital tools.
Drive business results by identifying opportunities and creating strategic plans.
Understand portfolio contracting options and engage in financial presentations.
Manage operational support for buy/bill models, including pricing analysis and contract compliance.
Plan, organize, and execute promotional programs and activities.
Participate in industry congresses and conferences.

Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of pharmaceutical, life sciences, or business-to-business sales experience.
Broad understanding of the healthcare environment and decision-making processes.
Strong commercial acumen, strategic and critical thinking capabilities.
Ability to work in a hybrid sales environment and adjust priorities dynamically.
Proficiency with omnichannel engagement and data analytics.
Ability to learn quickly about scientific and medical topics.
Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate a vehicle.
