Responsibilities:
- Act as a central link between stores and the Sales Manager to ensure smooth information flow and sales strategy implementation.
- Drive revenue growth and KPI achievement, ensuring all stores meet set sales goals and standards.
- Work closely with store managers to ensure sales and performance goals are met.
- Lead and develop store employees through training and continuous development initiatives.
- Communicate empathetically and solutions-oriented with employees, customers, partners, and other departments.
Requirements:
- A passion for retail sales, ideally with experience as a District or Regional Manager.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, responsibility, and strong organizational skills.
- Extensive experience leading teams with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of dedication and enjoyment working within a team.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
