Assessment Consultant Full Time

Responsibilities

• Support Assessment Manager and Lead Analyst for successful deliverables
• Ensure accuracy of Assessment Business Case to minimize financial risks
• Adhere to standards for timely assessment delivery
• Facilitate discussions for additional work opportunities with clients
• Support quality reviews and audits for client satisfaction
• Build relationships with clients to secure follow-on business
• Perform other responsibilities as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant industry-specific degree
• Holder of a Canadian passport for travel visa acquisition
• 1-3 years prior work experience in related fields
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies focusing on KPIs
• Data mining and analysis skills in Excel
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations and adapt to various environments
• Superior numeracy, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of business ethics and professionalism
• Experience with data scrubbing, process analysis, and related processes
• Availability for 100% travel
• Located near a major airport
