Asset Management Leader – Northern Ohio Full Time

Responsibilities

• Establish and facilitate executive and departmental governance committees
• Facilitate scoping sessions to identify customer objectives
• Conduct interviews and assessments to measure current state
• Gather data, perform analytics, identify insights and opportunities
• Prioritize opportunities based on effort, feasibility, impact, and readiness
• Conduct value stream mapping to eliminate waste in processes
• Communicate recommendations and proposed solutions
• Utilize Change Acceleration Process (CAP) to gain stakeholder support
• Guide customer through process changes
• Measure results and establish mechanisms to sustain them
• Achieve contractual objectives and obtain customer acknowledgment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience
• Experience leading customers through process improvement projects
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, LEAN, Agile, TQM, or similar methodologies
• Advanced Excel skills and analytics capabilities
• Exceptional interpersonal and executive-level communication skills
• Socially oriented problem solver with strong collaboration skills
• Self-starter with multitasking abilities and independent decision-making
• Comfortable working with ambiguity in project lifecycles
• Resourceful, committed, and strong communicator with negotiation skills
• Service mindset with a passion for helping customers achieve goals
