Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to achieve enrollment targets for institutional partners.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at partner institutions, serving as their trusted advisor.
- Identify, prospect, and present to potential institutional partners to grow the partner network.
- Strategize and implement initiatives to showcase ApplyBoard’s platform value and engage stakeholders.
- Represent ApplyBoard at national and international conferences to expand the partner base.
- Work closely with internal teams to launch new initiatives, optimize processes, and enhance outcomes.
- Design and execute recruitment strategies to meet international student enrollment goals.
- Lead discussions to finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Act as the central contact for partner inquiries and manage escalations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the education sector, with expertise in recruitment, admissions, or partnership management.
- Deep understanding and network within the UK international education landscape.
- Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven success in lead generation, prospecting, and achieving measurable results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and respond to evolving priorities.
- Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- Experience in reviewing and finalizing partnership agreements.
